RETURNS, REFUNDS & LOST PACKAGES:

I haven't receive all of my items:
Please note, some items may ship separately. It's our pleasure to assist. Please text David at 615-881-4270 or email sales@district13clothing.com.

My package says delivered, but is not here:
Our apologies. Please contact your local carrier that was designated via the link below. They will want to speak to the recipient. Open a case by following the link below. This is usually resolved by next day. Some domestic shipments have insurance.

My package has not moved in quite some time:
Please text David at 615-881-4270 or email sales@district13clothing.com. 
We will need to look at your order. Please make sure the shipping address you entered is correct. We'll look at your tracking number to see where it's at and why.
International Orders with items sent from USA: Our tracking number ends when it leaves our country.

How long do I have to return the item?
The item must be taken to the postal carrier within 29 days of initially receiving the item.

I received the correct item, but it doesn't fit like I thought it would:
Our apologies. Please text David at 615-881-4270 or email sales@district13clothing.com. I'll make you a shipping label so you can return it at no extra cost to you.

If it's a hat, skateboard, watch, etc. (Basically anything with a box): Keep the original box!
If it's a shirt, hoodie or jacket (Basically anything with an envelope): Go by USPS and get a priority envelope. You'll it to return your package.
You will receive a refund minus your original shipping cost once we receive the returned item.

I received the wrong item:
Our apologies. Please text David at 615-881-4270 or email sales@district13clothing.com. I'll make you a shipping label so you can return it at no extra cost to you.

If it's a hat, skateboard, watch, etc. (Basically anything with a box): Keep the original box!
If it's a shirt, hoodie or jacket (Basically anything with an envelope): Please go by USPS and get a priority envelope from a kiosk. You'll it to return your package.
You will receive a full refund once we receive the returned item.

There is an issue with my garment upon delivery:

Under 1 Month: Absolutely! Happy to help.
1-3 Months: Ummm it's getting questionable
1 Year: Oh hell naw

I'm tired of waiting for my item. I want a refund:
Our apologies. We are happy that you are excited to receive and use our products! We provide custom, quality items. If we have started making the item, it cannot be cancelled. If you're item hasn't arrived 5 days after your Estimated Delivery Time, we can submit a problem report. We have up to 29 days after the EDT to turn in a problem report.
